Veiligheidsregio Zuid-Limburg voelt zich dankbaar
Aan onze oproep van gisteren om in Zuid-Limburg mondkapjes voor hulpdiensten en zorginstellingen in te leveren is goed gehoor gegeven. Er zijn er zo’n 3.000 naar de verschillende brandweerkazernes in Zuid-Limburg gebracht.
Daarnaast waren er nog tal van andere inzamelingsacties, bijvoorbeeld via particulieren, via gemeenten en via huisartsen. De totale opbrengst is daarmee nog veel hoger.
Mede namens alle zorgverleners, heel hartelijk dank! De GGD Zuid Limburg zorgt ervoor dat de ingezamelde spullen snel op de juiste plekken terecht komen.
Our appeal yesterday for people to donate face masks for the emergency services and healthcare institutions brought a great response. Some 3,000 masks were brought to the various fire stations in Zuid-Limburg.
There were also many other collections, for example by individuals and through municipalities and general practitioners. The total number of masks received is therefore a lot higher.
From us and on behalf of all healthcare providers, thank you very much! The Municipal Health Service of Zuid Limburg will ensure that the donated face masks will reach the right destinations very soon.
