Veiligheidsregio Zuid-Limburg has played a major role in the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, taking preventive measures for the entire South Limburg region. Currently, however, our responsibilities concerning coronavirus have decreased. Consequently, we do not publish up-to-date information about coronavirus anymore. Below you will find relevant web pages about current measures and regulations concerning coronavirus in our region.

General questions about the coronavirus
For current and general information about the coronavirus visit the website of the Dutch government or the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment. On these websites, you will find up to date information and also an overview of frequently asked questions. If you do not find an answer to your question, call the central government public information number on 0800-1351.
Symptoms of Covid-19? Stay at home and get tested
Do you have mild symptoms of Covid-19 such as a nasal cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough or elevated temperature (up to 38 degrees Celsius)? Or did you suddenly lost your sense of smell or taste? If so, stay at home and call 0800-1202 to make an appointment for a test. Call the toll-free number 0800 1202 (or +31 850 659 063 if you're calling from a foreign phone) or make an appointment online using your DigiD (choose 'English'). Be sure to have your citizen service number (BSN) at hand.
Health-related questions about a situation in South Limburg?
Do you have specific questions about the coronavirus and your health situation? If so, visit the website of the municipal health service GGD Zuid Limburg or call their Corona Information line on 088 - 880 50 05. The telephone line is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
